Posts: 585 Fri November 26, 2010 01:16 This note is commonly known as the 'Plastic Pound',as it is made from Bradvek (which is no longer made,as far as I am aware),which is in the same family of plastics as Tyvek (which the Chatham Islands Series I notes (1999) are made from)),which is commonly used in the construction industry. As for the Queen's portrait,she is seldomly depicted smiling,considering that she is known to be pretty stern & serious. Aidan.
